We go a little step further, try showing your gratitude also for everything that's in the process of manifesting in your life. Close your eyes, make contact with your breathing. See, feel and hear what comes to mind. Before judgement kicks in, keep in mind that just scheduling this moment is already something to be thankful for! What are you grateful for? Observe your thoughts,
